Next Day Delivery

As we currently only offer the New Year's Eve Packs, we're committed to delivering the day after purchase. This will change moving into 2026.

What if I'm not in?

We'll post your product through your letter box or leave it in a safe place if you don't have one. We'll try to let you know where we've left your product(s) if we have to do this. If the product goes missing or gets damaged (e.g. rained on), you are responsible for this and we will not accept any responsibility or replacement costs as you were not available on your delivery day.

Can I make changes after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately not. Once your order is placed, its practically set in stone. You may be able to make last minute changes using our chat feature but, because we ship so fast, it is unlikely that you will be able to make a change before your product(s) get(s) to you.
