Physical Products

Should you deem your physical product(s) unsatisfactory, you are able to request a refund.

In order for a refund to be made, the physical product must be returned.

Collection can be arranged.

Delivery terms and conditions are bound by our shipping policy.

Should you deem your virtual product(s) unsatisfactory, you are able to request a refund.

For virtual products, only 50% of the purchase price can be refunded as the product cannot be returned.

You are not to reproduce the virtual product or use it in any way for financial gain.

Purchases are bound with the terms on the website at the time of purchase.

Offerings may change such as delivery charges or periods.

You are only entitled to the terms offered at your time of purchase.

Should the terms change, you cannot apply new terms to a previous purchase (e.g. free delivery or next day delivery).
